1/2 lb. medium (26-30 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup Herb and Garlic Grill Plus
1/4 cup white wine (or water)
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 cup spinach
Grated romano cheese to taste

Shrimp Scampi and Stuffed Flounder

6 Shrimp 13/15 size cleaned and deveined, tail on
1 oz. garlic butter
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 oz .cooking sherry wine
1/8 oz. parsley
1 oz. bread crumbs, favored with parm chicken
Garlic crouton
Baked Potato
6 oz. veg
