4 garlic cloves
1 cup fresh Italian parsley, loosely packed
1 cup fresh cilantro, loosely packed
1/2 cup fresh basil, loosely packed
1/2 cup ripe tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 teaspoons tomato paste

1 diced red onion
1 cup corn, cut off the cob
1 diced tomato
1 finely diced jalapeno pepper
1/2 bunch finely chopped cilantro
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
