Chef Bryant Alden is a 13th generation descendent of John Alden who literally "came over on the Mayflower." Bryant was born and raised in Cape Cod, MA, and like so many chefs, his passion for cooking came from his grandmother who cooked for affluent families summering on the Cape. He spent his younger years honing his skills in various prestigious Cape Cod restaurants before moving to Boston and working for an upscale catering company. His extensive career as an executive chef and consultant has taken him far, and he’s been awarded the honorary ACF White Mountain Chapter "Chef of the Year."
In 2005, Chef Bryant and his wife Patti opened the Chef’s Market, located in the quaint New England village of North Conway in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The Chef’s Market is a unique specialty food market offering upscale catering and personal chef services. The Market offers a creative selection of fully prepared and completely homemade gourmet dishes, hearty sandwiches, soups and made-to-order salads using only the freshest ingredients. Chef Bryant is here today with just a little bit of New England…all of it fresh…so, let's see what's cooking in the "Live Free or Die" State!
