
Chef Bradley Nuss loves the outdoors when he finds a moment to get out of the kitchen…or, should I say "kitchens," because this guy oversees 4 restaurants in Lake Tahoe, most notable… Ciera, inside Montbleu Casino Resort & Spa.
Bradley loves food…no surprise there, but creating great food is his passion…and he tells me that, although it can get hectic, he actually enjoys the challenge of 4 restaurants, each requiring a different cooking techniques, different service styles, different ingredients and different attitude - it's Mexican cuisine one day - Sushi and Tapas the next…all while wrangling a Steakhouse, a Diner, special event Buffets and Catering for Tahoe locals and visitors.
Bradley enjoys working closely with his crew, motivating them and teaching them the importance of "quality" in everything they do. Life is certainly interesting for this graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. And, when it comes right down to it, Chef Bradley Nuss lets his food do the talking!
